How to fix the plate hammer firmly on the rotor?
At present, there are three main installation methods of the plate hammer on the market: screw fixing, clamping plate fixing and wedge fixing.

However, this fixing method needs to be welded, the pressure plate is easy to wear and replace, and the plate hammer is not strong enough, and it is easy to loose in the work.
3, wedge fixing using wedge to fix the plate hammer on the rotor, under the action of centrifugal force in the work, this way can ensure that the rotor speed is faster, the plate hammer is fixed more firmly, and the work is reliable, disassembly is more convenient. This is a better fixing method for the plate hammer at present.

Note: It should be noted that if a bolt is used to tighten the wedge, the thread is easily deformed and damaged, or even broken. When the thread is deformed, the disassembly and assembly of the plate hammer are also very difficult. In order to overcome the above disadvantages, we can use hydraulic wedge fastening method. It uses the plunger in the cylinder, removes the support and wedge, and then lifts the plate hammer and replaces the plate hammer. 1, the plate hammer is the main wear parts of the counterattack, each time after the shutdown should be timely through the inspection door to observe its wear, especially the leakage of several surfaces.
2, when any side of the hammer wear more than 60mm, it is necessary to replace the upper and lower sides of the hammer, the unworn side is turned around and replaced with a working face. Special attention must be paid to turning the four hammer heads at the same time to prevent vibration caused by the imbalance of the rotor.
3, if the four counterattack broken plate hammer wear amount is very different, after the plate hammer turn, the crusher rotor test will produce a large vibration, you must be the two weight close to the plate hammer installed on the opposite weight of the plate hammer seat, to facilitate the dynamic balance of the rotor operation.
4, after the plate hammer is turned, it can be worn down 60mm, at this time, the crusher plate hammer is lifted up a installation position (note that four plate hammers must be lifted at the same time). When the lifted hammer is worn down to 60mm, this pair of hammer is not allowed to be used anymore, please replace the new hammer.
