How to improve the use of roller press effect

(1) Correct operation concept. In operation, we must consciously maximize the capacity of the roller press. For example, Φ140-65 roller press, its production capacity in 240~295t/h, if you need to provide 100t/h material to the ball mill system, the roller press processing capacity at the lower limit of operation is 240t/h, need to separate 100÷240=41.7% of the fine powder; The maximum operating capacity of the roller press is 295t/h, from which 100÷295=33.9% of the fine powder needs to be sorted. The fine powder content in the latter 100 t/h is different from that in the previous 100 t/h material. The latter 100 t/h is due to the low proportion of sorting (only 33.9%). The fine powder content in the material is higher than the previous 100 t/h. This operation concept virtually "amplifies" the specifications of the roller press, and the system output is higher.

(2) From the weighing bin to the entrance of the roller press must be smooth. The ability of the roller press is directly related to whether the feed is smooth. A rod valve, electro-hydraulic valve or pneumatic valve shall be installed on the rink from the weighing bin to the roller press, and these valves shall be fully opened when the roller press is operating. The rink from the weighing bin to the roller press should be filled with material and flow vertically downwards as a whole, not allowing intermittent flow. The inside of the rink should be a smooth plane, and nothing is allowed to hinder the flow of materials, such as the Angle steel welded to prevent leakage of the rink or the lining plate added inside, which will hinder the flow of materials. In the weighing bin, the coarse and fine materials are mixed together to form the maximum bulk volume weight, and the overall downward flow through the rink into the roller press, and the supersaturation feeding of the roller press can be fully utilized.

(3) Reasonable adjustment of pressure. Adjust the pressure of the hydraulic system of the roller press, so as to adjust the extrusion pressure of the roller on the material. The extrusion pressure is large, the effect of the material is good, but there are two premises must be noted, the left and right sides of the active roller must form a roll gap, the added pressure can fully act on the material, otherwise the pressure is ineffective; Another point to note is whether the current of the main motor of the roller press increases after the pressure increases, if it does not increase, it indicates that the pressure is invalid and should be returned to the original setting.

(4) The side baffle plate of the roller press should be adjusted reasonably. When the material enters the pressure zone of the two rollers, it begins to be squeezed, and part of the material will escape to both sides of the roller. The role of the side baffle is to prevent the escape of the material, so that the material can be effectively squeezed through the pressure zone of the roller press. The side baffle is close to the sides of the two rolls, and should be as close as possible without contacting the sides of the rolls, so as to minimize the side leakage phenomenon.

(5) Reasonable adjustment of the inclined insert board. Adjusting the inclined insert plate can control the processing capacity of the roller press. Due to the difference in physical properties of each factory, some of them have poor fluidity, so the roller press roll gap is small and the current is low, and the inclined insert plate is lifted upward to improve the processing capacity of the roller press; On the contrary, some factory materials flow is particularly good, roll press roll gap, high current, serious cause the roller press elevator overload, at this time should move down the inclined insert plate, control the amount of into the roller press.

(6) Reasonable adjustment of the roller pad. The active roller pad should be moderate, too thick and too thin are not good. When the roller press is working normally, the roll gap on the left and right sides should be kept at 10~30mm and basically equal, the pad should be thinned when it is too small, and the pad should be thickened when it is too large.

(7) Collocation of coarse and fine materials in operation. Do not easily interrupt the ingredients, when the ingredients are interrupted, all the fine materials returned by the classifier into the weighing bin, these materials form a fine material layer in the bin, and the fine material layer is unstable in the bin, resulting in the instability of the warehouse and difficult operation. Therefore, when the position is high, you can reduce the feeding amount rather than stop feeding.

(8) Control of weighing warehouse positions. Stable position is the basic requirement of system operation, but there are several operating modes of high position, medium position, low position and even short position. Each grinding line has an optimal position, operating in the optimal position, the system is stable, the effect of the roller press is fully played, and the output is high and the fineness is good. The change of position can sometimes adjust the phenomenon of off-roll. Therefore, the newly put into production of the grinding line to try several positions of operation, from which to choose the best operating position.

(9) The particle size of gypsum and mixed material should be consistent with the clinker particle size. Many enterprises gypsum and mixed material particle size is too large, which will affect the extrusion effect. When the bulk of gypsum or mixed material passes through the roller press, the roller is propped open, and the clinker particles with relatively small particle size are subjected to small extrusion pressure, and the extrusion effect is not good, which can not effectively improve its easy grinding and difficult to grind. Clinker grinding to achieve strength, in this case only sacrifice yield to ensure cement strength.

(10) Influence of slag incorporation. The roller press system has poor adaptability to materials with small particles and poor grindability. For example, slag, slag is difficult to grind materials, their extrusion effect is good or bad, directly affect the fineness of cement grinding. However, the slag particles are relatively small and included in the clinker gap, through the roller press, the extrusion pressure received is lower than the large particle material, lower than the average pressure of the material, easy grinding has not been well improved. Therefore, manufacturers using slag as a mixing material should control the amount of slag incorporation, preferably below 5%.
