Cone crusher accessories

Cone crusher is widely used in metallurgy, construction, mining and other industries, can be used as a secondary crushing or three, four crushing. Hydraulic cone crusher, compound cone crusher, spring cone crusher all kinds of wearing parts are collectively referred to as cone crusher accessories. Cone crusher accessories are crushing wall, rolling mortar wall, bowl bearing, copper sleeve and so on.

Broken wall
One of the main components of the crusher, also known as the moving cone, is fixed on the cone body with the cone head. The conical broken wall is forged by new composite material, which has the characteristics of super wear-resistant, high cost performance and wide application field. The cone breaking wall is fixed on the cone body by the cone head, and epoxy resin is cast between the two. After the newly installed or newly replaced cone breaking wall works for 6 to 8 hours, its fastening condition should be checked and it should be tightened immediately if it is loose.

Milling wall
The milling wall and the crushing wall are the main parts that work together in the cone breaking to break the material, and they are also called fixed cones because they are fixed. When the cone is in operation, the broken wall will do a trajectory movement, and the distance from the rolling wall is sometimes close to and sometimes far away, to squeeze the broken material, and some materials will be discharged from the open edge discharge port. The U-shaped screw is placed on the adjusting ring, and zinc alloy is injected between the two to make it tightly combined. When the new installation or replacement of the rolled mortar wall, after 6 to 8 hours of work, the fastening condition should be checked and the U-shaped screw should be tightened again.

Bowl bearing
1. Preparation for bowl bearing installation. A Remove debris in the oil tank and oil hole; B Check whether the dust ring and oil stop ring are damaged or deformed; C Check the machining surface for damage, if any damage should be repaired immediately.
2. The bowl bearing frame should be closely matched with the base, and check the tightness of the horizontal contact surface with a feeler.
3. After the bowl bearing is installed, immediately cover the bowl tile with the cover plate to install the crushing cone and then remove the cover plate.
4. When installing the bowl bearing, attention should be paid to protecting the water inlet pipe, drainage channel, oil baffle ring and dustproof ring to avoid damage during loading.

Copper bushing
The function of the copper sleeve of the cone crusher is to play a sliding bearing. It has a copper sleeve, built-in large gear assembly, generally wear little, the total clearance is less than 5 mm available. There is a cone of copper sleeve in the middle of the big gear assembly, interpolating the moving cone spindle, the upper clearance is smaller about 3 mm, the lower clearance is about 8 mm, which can be measured with a thick fuse when assembling, the wear of the cup-shaped copper tile and the wear of the moving cone sphere will affect its clearance, and the movement trajectory of the moving cone is determined by it.
