First, the preparation before the test run
1, clean the interior of the workshop, and remove all the equipment used for construction.
2. Inspection and cleaning of the ball mill equipment itself:

(2) There is no debris in the inlet and outlet of the ball mill and in the suction tube;
(3) cleaning of ball mill bearings and the outer cylinder of the mill;
(4) Clean the coupling parts, ball mill bearing, reducer and motor surface;
(5) The inside of the motor is blown with compressed air, and there is no debris inside the motor. Oil pipeline flushing, generally with filtered oil and anti-rust agent flushing. First, remove the oil pipe leading to the equipment and seal it with a blind plate at the inlet of the oil circuit of the equipment. Use a temporary pipeline to connect the inlet pipe to the equipment with the outlet pipe, open the oil pump to rinse with circulation, and check the oil filter net of the oil tank until there is no debris on the filter screen, it can be considered that the washing inside the oil pipe is qualified. Then, connect the tubing values correctly to the device.

3. Check the tightness of the ball mill anchor bolts and liner bolts piece by piece. Check the power supply voltage and control the reliability of the ball mill equipment. The ball mill motor and reducer, reducer and mill coupling bolts, or connecting parts are removed, so that each part of the ball mill can rotate separately.

4, before the ball mill test run, first open the relevant thin oil station, confirm the normal operation of the high pressure oil pump, use the high pressure oil film to lift the ball mill to form a floating (high pressure oil pressure rose to the maximum and then slightly decreased).

5. Check whether the cooling water pipe is blocked. Before the test run of the ball mill, open the cooling water pipe joint and flush the pipe until the cooling water is clean. Second, test operation requirements in accordance with the ball mill motor, motor reducer, reducer combined with ball mill sequence test run. At present, there is no clear regulation in foreign countries, the operation time of the ball mill, generally after two or three hours of operation, the temperature rise and vibration are maintained within the specified range, and it is considered qualified.

3. Common problems and treatment measures
1, when the ball mill is running, there is a regular knocking sound, and the sound is very large. Part of the liner bolt is not tightened, and when the ball mill rotates, the liner strikes the ball mill cylinder. According to the sound judge the ball mill liner parts, find loose bolts, tighten.

2, ball mill and motor bearing temperature rise, exceed the provisions. Hand test bearings are partial or all temperature is too high, from the following check treatment ball mill.
(1) Check the lubrication points of each part of the ball mill, and whether the lubricating oil brand used is consistent with the factory manual of the equipment.
(2) Check whether the lubricating oil and grease of the ball mill are deteriorated.
(3) Check whether the lubrication pipeline of the ball mill is blocked, or the lubricating oil does not directly enter the lubrication point, and the insufficient amount of oil causes heat.
(4) The side clearance of the ball mill bearing is too small, the gap between the bearing and the shaft is too large, and the contact point is too much, and the uniform oil film on the bearing can not be formed.
(5) The ball mill rolling bearing grease is too much or too little, too much rolling body is formed to stir the grease to generate heat, and the heat is 1/31/2 is not easy to disperse. Too little lubrication is poor, should be in accordance with the provisions of the sufficient amount of oil, generally for the bearing gap, more appropriate.
(6) The sealing device of the hollow shaft at both ends of the ball mill is too tight, or the iron part of the sealing body is directly in contact with the shaft. The above problems are dealt with according to their causes, but the side clearance of the bearing bush is too small, or the bottom contact Angle is too large, the grinding cylinder must be lifted with oil pressure, the bearing bush is drawn from one side of the shaft, and the tile opening is scraped separately.

3, ball mill reducer bearing heating: in addition to the ball mill bearing temperature rise check, should check whether the exhaust of the reducer is blocked, to dredge the exhaust.

4, ball mill motor with reducer after starting, vibration occurs, the main reasons are:
(1) The gap between the two wheels of the ball mill coupling is too small to compensate for the momentum caused by the magnetic center when the motor is started.
(2) The alignment method of the ball mill coupling is not correct, resulting in different centers of the two axes.
(3) The connecting bolts of the ball mill coupling are not relatively tightened, and the degree of fastening force is not the same.
(4) ball mill bearing outer ring activity. Treatment method: Adjust the clearance of the wheel according to the provisions, so that the two axes are concentric. Tighten the coupling bolts symmetrically with equal torque. When the rotor is unbalanced, pull out the rotor of the ball mill to find static balance.

5, the ball mill reducer drives the mill to produce huge vibration:
(1) The balance shaft of the ball mill and the reducer, the shaft is not on the line, the reason is: when the mill is installed, there is no secondary grouting, or the anchor bolt after the secondary grouting is not fastened, and the mill barrel is rotated by the hoist, resulting in the displacement of one end of the mill barrel, and the two axes are not on the line, so that the reducer drives the mill and produces vibration. Treatment method: It is necessary to readjust the shaft of the ball mill and the shaft of the reducer on the same plane shaft line.
(2) The large ball mill is large in volume and heavy in weight, which makes the foundation sink; A shift occurs. A monitoring settlement point is set beside the foundation; Observations are made and adjustments are made when subsidence is found.

6, the running sound of the ball mill reducer is abnormal: the sound of the normal operation of the ball mill reducer should be uniform and stable. If the gear has a slight knocking sound, hoarse friction sound, no obvious change in operation, you can continue to observe, find out the cause, the ball mill stop for processing, such as the sound is getting louder, should immediately stop the ball mill for inspection.
