1, cylinder liner bolt hole leakage

The production practice has proved that the main reason for the bearing feed slurry in the dynamic production process of ball mill is the unreasonable factors in the structure design of the discharge end of ball mill.

The corresponding sealing device is selected according to the actual situation, and the bearing hot loading process on the discharge end is completed according to the process conditions and parameters. There is no relative movement between the discharge end, the slag discharge port and the maze ring, and there is no gap, which effectively controls the problem that the slurry often enters the bearing. It is recommended to replace the single compartment structure with a double compartment structure.
